We design various buildings including residential facilities, neighborhood living facilities, office facilities, sales facilities, and logistics facilities based on BIM, and we perform work on behalf of building owners by obtaining related permits from licensing authorities.

We also perform supervision duties during the construction phase to ensure that construction progresses smoothly within the construction period, and we organize drawings that are changed on site and deliver the final completion drawings (AS-Built) to the building owner.
