    I'm Kim Seung-rock, CEO of the PRECON Architects & Engineers  Inc.  and PRECON Consulting Partners.

  Founded in 2011, our company was founded as lK Architects & Engineers.

  In 2016, it changed its name to 'PRECON Architects & Engineers' and established 'PRECON Consulting Inc.' in 2018 for BIM education and consulting.

  In 2020, it changed its name to 'PRECON Architects & Engineers Inc.' and 'PRECON Consulting Partners'.

  By performing design work based on BIM, Ordering person provides better design quality to architects and construction companies, and actively conducts consulting on BIM to cope with the fourth industrial revolution in the construction sector.
