Construction BIM project contract
PRECON Architects & Engineers Co., Ltd. was awarded a contract for the BIM work for the construction phase of the Chungnam Art Museum on November 5, 2024.
The entire project period is 28 months, and the work will involve supporting various construction issues that arise during the construction phase on-site.
This includes tasks such as BIM data construction, drone photography, 3D SCAN work, and training, so that construction companies can review and reflect errors that may occur on-site before construction, thereby contributing to improving construction quality.
We hope that it will be completed successfully so that BIM data can be utilized to help with maintenance even after completion.
