Precon Group expansion and relocation....

  On October 1, 2021, our company moved to a new location after 5 years.
  As a result of steady growth through the help and cooperation of many people, the existing space was narrow, so it was extended and relocated near Chungmuro Station.  We would like to thank everyone who helped, and we have decided not to hold a separate event due to COVID-19, but we plan to thank those who visit.
  We ask for the help of many people so that we can become a further developing Precon Group.  All our executives and staff promise to do our best with the best quality in return.
 

Korea Airports Corporation,'BIM Information Management' World's first International Airport Certification

Since May 2020, the Precon Group have been carrying out the construction of a BIM-based maintenance system in cooperation with various organizations, and it was an opportunity for Korea Airports Corporation to once again confirm its advanced technology by acquiring related international certifications using the results.

Appointment of Computer Committee Member of the Korean Federation of Architects

 The CEO of the Precon group was appointed to the 1st Computer Committee of the Korean Architects Mutual Aid Association, a deduction association of Korean architects, and had the opportunity to serve for one year. The computer-related system of the mutual aid association will be consulted and commented on by the computer committee to help the board of directors decide. 

  The first meeting of the Computerization Committee was held at the Yangjae-dong Conference Room on July 24 to discuss the role and direction of the Computerization Committee.

Performing BIM construction design

  It is currently working with major designers to design BIM through collaboration and is planning to develop them directly through BIM by obtaining orders for overseas plant designs.

 The design of implementation with major designers is a large-scale project that uses REVIT SERVER and creates a combination, and overseas plant projects will be carried out by utilizing TEKLA 3D data and designing their own architecture as a REVIT.

Performing BIM-related research tasks

  It has joined the Building Smart Association and its third year project on the development of building libraries to upgrade existing libraries and build new ones.

​

  We hope that the library will be deployed from the middle of the five-year project and will do our best to develop a library that can be utilized in practice.

Launching Expert Group for Consulting

​

 In January 2018, Para-N Group, an architectural expert group that utilizes in BIM, was formed to promote consulting and education.

​

 The members are composed of full-time employees who have fully experienced practical tasks such as design and education, and are conducting activities that are essential to the BIM market by initiating consulting and business proposals directly in various fields, such as owners and educational institutions.

​

​ We are working hard to expand our scope of activities more actively and systematically.

BIM consulting

​

 The CEO of the Precon Group has been consulting with engineering designers since November 2017. Consultations on the design and BIM utilization of two engineering companies performing overseas plants are conducted for one or three months.

​

 Parts that utilize TEKLA 3D data, and Revit modeling and drawing, are the main consulting tasks, and are carried out twice a week for 3 to 6 hours.

 The application of BIM is gradually increasing and is being applied in various ways in practice.

BIM Practice Training

​

 Starting from February 14, the Sunjin Engineering Architects will provide a total of 48 hours of basic BIM training at the BIM basic training center for eight weeks.

​

​ Starting from March 16, the Incheon Institute of Construction and Technology will provide a total of 132 hours of BIM training at the Institute of Construction and Technology for three weeks, and from April, a total of 350 hours of BIM training will be held at Ajou University.

Leading the way in BIM training and public relations....

​

 The CEO of the Precon Group is a lecturer in BIM education at the Construction Technology Education Institute and the 3D Convergence Industry Association, and is an external professor at Inha Technical College and an instructor at Ajou University's industrial institution, educating students and practitioners on BIM.

​

 In 2017, performed as a director of the Korea BIM Association.

Publish the Revit working guide book...

​

 A guidebook on the use of Revit in the field of construction, civil engineering, and landscape was published and went on sale on October 1.

​

 A wide range of drawings as well as modelling were organized to assist practitioners in performing their tasks. More details can be found at:
